ORDER
Seeking a mandamus to the first respondent to conclude the appeal proceedings pending before him by considering the representation dated 29.09.2024, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. Mr.D.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the enquiry is proposed to be held on 07.11.2024 and a notice has been issued to the petitioner.
3. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition allowed. However, a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of two months from 07.11.2024. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner is present before this Court, he shall also inform his client that the hearing is dated 07.11.2024.
