ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioners are the Director of Lax Bio Feeds Pvt. Ltd., Tirunelveli District. The respondent herein, namely, the Sub Divisional Magistrate and Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi, invoking Section 133 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.R.C.(MD)No.187 of 2016 of Cr.P.C. issued Form 20-Order for the removal of nuisances cum Show cause notice, on 12.03.2016, as against the concern of the revision petitioners, against which, the present revision case has been filed. Pending this petition, another proceedings was initiated as against the concern of the revision petitioners in Na.Ka.A1/12172/2018, on 09.01.2019 and the same was challenged before this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.30 of 2019. This Court, vide order dated 12.04.2019, allowed the same, by taking into consideration of the subsequent development of the concern, namely, Lax Bio Feeds Pvt. Ltd., obtaining necessary permission from concerned authorities. In view of the issue having been decided by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.30 of 2019, on the subsequent proceedings initiated by the respondent, this impugned order has become infructuous.

2. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Revision Case is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
