The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to 1/5

conduct survey of his land in S.Nos.254/2A2E2 and 254/2A3B situated at Panankulam Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering his application No.

2025/0123//22/009736, dated 4.6.2025 2.Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The Petitioner herein claims right over the subject property under a decree in O.S.No.22 of 2013, on the file of District Munsif Court, Aranthangi. The revenue patta for the subject property stands in his name in Patta No.2366. Based on the said patta, the Petitioner submitted an application before the respondents in Application No.2025/0123/22/009736 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered 2/5

on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 4.6.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
