ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 1/3

294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 109 I.P.C., in Crime No.342 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 03.08.2023 when the son of the defacto complainant was coming nearby Athakadai, he was waylaid by eight known persons and they attacked the son of the defacto complainant with deadly weapons and caused injuries to him. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Police submitted that the injured are still in hospital.

5. Considering the fact and circumstances of this case and considering that injured is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
