ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent herein not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint lodged by Murugesan/4th respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, CSR.No.138 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
