PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Unknown of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had borrowed a sum of Rs.9,50,000/- from the defacto complainant as hand loan and subsequently, he failed to repay the same. Hence, the complaint.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. On perusal of the records it is seen that already this Court referred the matter to Mediation, but, the mediation was failed. It is also seen that the matter is pending in CSR stage in CSR.NO.577 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. 2/3
