O R D E R

The petitioner seeks Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 being the Assistant General Manager and the Branch Manager of the State Bank of India, Anaiyur Branch, from adjusting pension amount from the petitioner's Account bearing No.30179785300 towards the dues in Educational Loan Account bearing No.31569021365.

2. At the time of admission on 22.06.2018, an order of interim injunction had been passed restraining the respondents from deducting / withdrawing more than 50% of the monthly pension https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.13301 of 2018 received by the petitioner and credited to his account in the respondent Bank. This arrangement has been going on since that date onwards.

3. Mr.M.Ponniah, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would state that the aforesaid arrangement is satisfactory and may continue till such time the educational loan is settled by the petitioner.

4. Thus, recording the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the Bank, this Writ Petition is closed. While the Mandamus as sought for cannot be granted, the interim order granted on 22.06.2018 will continue till such time the entire educational loan is settled. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
