This petition is filed seeking transfer of M.C.No.8 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Lalgudi, to try along with I.D.O.P.No.42 of 2017 on the file of Family Court, Dindigul. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this Petition has become infructuous.
