ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to transfer the investigation in Crime No.195 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent police and entrust the same to any other competent officer for fair and free investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.195 of 2024 on 15.07.2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 331(3) and 305(a) BNS, 2023, that they have already examined five witnesses and that they have taken finger prints in the occurrence place and got a report from the fingerprint expert and investigation is pending.

3. Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.195 of 2024 and file final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to monitor the same.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
