ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the matter had been compromised and that the major portion of the amount had been paid on 15.12.2020 and the balance amount is likely to be paid today itself. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner states that the revision petitioner would abide by the terms of compromise.
