2. In the order, dated 31.07.2025, the 5th paragraph is substituted with the following paragraph:

"5. Perusal of the impugned Refusal Check Slip, it is clear that the respondent, without verifying the judgment and decree, has issued the impugned Refusal Check Slip and hence, it is totally against the judgment and decree dated 19.02.2016 and the same is hereby quashed. The petitioner is directed to submit the judgment and decree dated 19.02.2016 before the respondent and the respondent is directed register the judgment and decree. "

3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copies to the parties.
