ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.One private party wanted to put up bridge on the petition mentioned canal. Challenging the said permission, the local welfare association had filed the present writ petition. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the company in whose favour the impugned proceedings were issued had closed down its operations. He also would add that the construction has not been completed. In a sense, the matter has become infructuous. But taking note of the submission 2/4
made by the parties that constitution has not been properly carried out. Since it may have safety implications, I, direct the third respondent to completely demolish the same and also remove the debris. The water flow should not be impeded in any manner.
