This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 1/4

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents dated 03.10.2022 for transfer of patta. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say that if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
