The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining tot he impugned detention order passed by the second respondent in M.H.S.Confdl.No.59/2024 dated 17.07.2024 and to quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the body or person of the detenu, namely the petitioner's son, Solaivel, son of Sankaranarayanan, aged about 26 years and now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai and set aside the same and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.6186, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 05.09.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
