This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and conduct further investigation on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 08.08.2024 and 16.08.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner is pending before the fourth respondent and he may be directed to complete the enquiry within the time as fixed by this Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.08.2024 and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
