2. I went through the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

3. As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, notice was for removal of petitioner from the office of the Vice-President. The tenure has already expired. Nothing survives for further adjudication.
