ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 08.10.2015 directing the petitioner to get clearance from the Central Empowered Committee.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending this writ petition, State Level Empowered Committee has been constituted by the Central Empowered Committee and the State Level Empowered Committee has also granted permission to the petitioner's Saw Mill and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submissions, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 08.01.2024 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
