ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused herein, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant entered into an

sale agreement of a property with the first petitioner herein and paid an advance amount of Rs.10 Lakhs as advance, out of the sale consideration of Rs.48 Lakhs. After receiving the advance amount, the 1st petitioner refused to sell the property and to repay the advance amount. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents, they have been falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that because of the sale agreement between the parties, a complaint was given by one Mathi and one Senthil, against these petitioners which is stated to be pending.

5. Let the enquiry be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The parties are directed to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry.
