ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the letter received from the III Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli vide Letter in D.No.626, dated 24/07/2025, this Court made the following order: By order dated 03.10.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in O.S.No.48 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.626/2025, dated 24.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 03.10.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 03.10.2024.
