ORDER

The learned counsel who filed this writ petition is no more. The name of the petitioner is very much printed in the cause list. The petitioner has not made any alternative arrangement. 2.I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the petitioner has challenged only the order for recovery of the deposit stamp duty. The primary order fastening liability on the petitioner does not appear to have been put to challenge. The question of interfering with the consequential recovery proceedings does not arise at all. It is for the petitioner to challenge the primary order and get relief.

3.With this liberty to the writ petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
