ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and his ideal marketing shop.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there existed landlord and tenant dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and that the third respondent in support of the fourth respondent has been threatening the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has called '100' and the second respondent went to the occurrence place and after coming to know about the dispute between the parties, directed them to workout their remedy before the Civil Court. He would further submit that as of now no compliant is pending against the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner, since the civil suit is pending.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
