Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. 2/5

2. The petitioner is a contractor and a business man. He alleges that the Police are harassing him and foisting false cases. That led to the filing of this writ petition.

3. The prayer in this writ petition is too general and sweeping. If specific instances of breach of human rights is brought to the notice of this Court, then it can be examined. This Court will not be justified in issuing a direction of general nature.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to move this Court if he has any specific grievance, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
