O R D E R

The petitioners allege harassment at the hands of the respondent police at the instance of the private respondents. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that considering the nature of dispute, they have already referred the matter to the jurisdictional Executive Magistrate by invoking his jurisdiction under Section 145 of CrPC. They have further stated that there is no proposal to register any FIR based on the complaint of the private respondents herein. As when the Executive Magistrate initiates proceedings under Section 145 of CrPC, it is always open to the petitioners to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
