This civil revision petition is filed by the respondents 2 and 3 in A.S.No.19 of 2019 for an early disposal of the said appeal suit by the Principal District & Sessions Court, Sivagangai. 2.A perusal of the B-Diary extracts would show that from 01.02.2020, the matter has been continuously adjourned for arguments and no progress has been made in this regard. 3.Considering the above, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, is directed to dispose of the appeal suit in A.S.No.19 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
