ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is not in dispute that there existed matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent; that the petition for conjugal rights filed by the third respondent was decreed as ex-parte and divorce petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed for default and an application for setting aside the ex-parte decree and the restoration for divorce petition are pending before the concerned Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent has already given complaints before the All Women Police Station Bodi and Periyakulam and now All Women Police Station, Othakadai.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the 2/4

third respondent, CSR.No.5 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending. He would further submit that since matrimonial cases are pending between the parties, they have decided to close the complaint.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
