ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the 1st respondent District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai in and by which the DRO had directed the Tahsildar to change the patta in the name of the 4th respondent. Aggrieved over the same the petitioner is before this Court.

2.It is reported that pending this writ petition the petitioner died. The petitioner claims patta based on the oral purchase of the property.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side, this writ petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner's legal heirs to work out their remedy before the competent civil court. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
