The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent at the instance of the third respondent. To forbear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the matter has been closed as the third respondent clarified that he does not want to pursue the matter.

3.Recording the said development, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
