ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 13.03.2024 followed by a reminder dated 25.06.2025.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that the petitioner's representation/application dated 13.05.2024 and reminder dated 25.06.2025 to take over the temple by the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, namely Shree Angalaparameswari Amman Temple, Kadamburar Street, Mela Ulur, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District, will be considered and disposed of on merits within a period of three months.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's 2/4

representation/application dated 13.05.2024 and reminder dated 25.06.2025 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that before passing any order, appropriate notice shall be issued to all persons, who are likely to affected by the proposed take over.
