ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the official respondents No.1 to 5 not to allow anybody including the respondents No.6 to 10 to construct an arch on the joining road situated in Survey No.676 at Nambanpatti Village, using the name of the Temples strictly implementing the peace meeting decision of the third respondent dated 11.11.2021.

2. The petitioners and the private respondents belongs to the same Village. The two rival groups attempted to construct an arch in the same place. Since there were rival claims, the official respondents restrained them from putting up arch and the said problem is perennial in the Village. Therefore, this Court is restraining the petitioners and any persons claiming through the petitioners and the respondents and any persons claiming through the respondents from erecting arch in the disputed place. All the villagers are prohibited from erecting arch in the disputed site, so that the villagers may live peacefully.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
