ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.461 of 2021 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report through e-filing (CC/2075/2023) on 01.03.2023. He would further submit that in counter case also, charge sheet has been filed and the case was taken on file.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
