ORDER
The petitioner has approached this court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing him in a civil dispute under the guise of an enquiry.
2.The learned Government Advocate (CrlSide), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that based on the complaints from either side, FIRs in Crime Nos.409 and 410 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police are registered.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 06.08.2025 DSK 2/4
