[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent in the pathway situated at Survey No.1704/11, Chathirapatti, Rajapalayam Taluk.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 4th respondent, fairly, submitted that there is no encroachment as
projected by the petitioner and the pathway in question is being maintained as such.
3.The said statement is conceded by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the petitioner has also not refuted the aforesaid submission.
