Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR.T, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 02.09.2022 passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2621 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner shall appear before the mediation and conciliation centre attached to this Bench through video conference on 12.10.2022. In the meantime, the mediation centre shall issue notice to the defacto complainant for her appearance.
