ORDER

Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents are present along with the parties. The parties have arrived at a compromise and filed a joint compromise memo. The terms of the joint compromise memo, dated 23.12.2022 reads as under:

"1.It is respectfully submitted that the petitioner above named filed the above civil revision petition to set aside fair and decreetal order, dated 22.06.2022 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.560 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Karur.

2.While the matter is pending before the Lower Court, compromise has been arrived between the revision petitioner and respondents 1 to 3 as per the family settlement and the suit was decreed as per the family settlement.

3.It is submitted that there are some typographical and numberical error occurred in the decree passed by the Hon'ble Additional Sub Court, Karur in O.S.No.560 of 2017.

4.It is submitted that in order to rectify the same, I.A.No.1 of 2021 has been filed before the Hon'ble Additional Sub Court, Karur in O.S.No.560 of 2017 and the same has been dismissed on 22.06.2022.

5.It is submitted that aggrieved over the same, the present civil revision petition has been filed."

2. In view of the above, impugned order, dated 22.06.2022 passed in I.A.No. 1 of 2021 in O.S.No. 560 of 2017 on the file of the Additional 2/4

Subordinate Judge, Karur is set aside. The present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
