ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru G.Radhakrisnan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.K.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for first and second respondents and M/s.N.Juliet Latha, for the third respondent, this Court made the following order:

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 25.04.2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.173 of 2024. 2.It is seen from the affidavit filed by the appellant that he has complied with the condition, imposed by this Court and since he is a fisherman, he needs relaxation of the condition.

3.Considering the above facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed in toto.
