[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in the present writ petition is misconceived. Constitution of special teams is the administrative decision to be taken by the authorities competent on need basis and there cannot be any such special teams as suggested by the petitioner. Since the relief sought for by the petitioner is beyond the realm of judicial review, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
