This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.472 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police, as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police would submit that on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the first respondent police has registered the case in Crime No.472 of 2017.

After completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance by the trial Court and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.
