By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.Originally the petitioner had filed an appeal before the first respondent questioning an order passed under Section 297 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, passed by the third respondent. It was determined that the said appeal is not maintainable.

3.This position has also affirmed by Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Additional Advocate General/ Standing counsel, who stated that the petitioner has also paid the fine amount and the matter rest with that. The petitioner, thereafter, has preferred a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.20698 of 2021 revision before the second respondent. The second respondent had taken it up in the normal official duty work and had also issued communication to the petitioner herein calling for certain documents. This only means that the second respondent is actively considering the revision preferred by the petitioner herein.

4. I am confident that he would continue to do so and pass appropriate orders, Interference by the Court, would not be prudent and it is also not advisable. The second respondent may pass necessary orders without any unnecessary delay.

5. Recording the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
