Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALAGUSUNDAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender by another two weeks in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8388 of 2023, dated (*)09.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail granted by this Court will stand cancelled.

4.
