The petitioner is a juvenile. Therefore, he has to be produced before the Juvenile Justice Board. The request of the petitioner is that his bail application should be disposed of on the same of surrender. In such matters, the bail petitions are not taken up for disposal on the same day, because a report from the probationary officer is called for and that may take a few days.
