This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to return back the petitioner's jewels of 29.950 gms, which was illegally detained by the second respondent, by considering petitioner's representation, dated 26.03.2024.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation, dated 26.03.2024 will be considered by the second respondent.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Writ Petition stands disposed of without making any 2/4

observation on merits of the case by directing the second respondent to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
