2. After some arguments, learned Counsel for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for preferring a civil suit or Public Interest Litigation on the same cause of action.
3. Learned Counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement to this effect in the case file.
4. Permitted to withdraw.
5. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, albeit preserving the rights of writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
