ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to hold an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2015, in light of circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent herein.

2.The petitioner had submitted a representation on 06.10.2015 seeking to set aside/annul the document Nos.1591 and 1592 of 2013 dated 24.07.2013 on the file of the third respondent herein.

3.Pending the writ petition, the Hon'ble Apex Court has set aside the said circular, based upon which the petitioner seeks his representation to be considered.

4.In the light of the same, the prayer, as prayed for by the petitioner, cannot be granted. The petitioner seeks liberty to approach the appropriate authority as per Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908. 5.In the light of the observations made above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority under Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908.
