J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Review is sought for on the ground that the Additional Advocate General at the request of the District Forest Officer gave an opinion that the case is fit for Appeal on 18.11.2019, whereas originally the Special Government Pleader had given an opinion that the case is not fit for Appeal on 31.07.2018. This ground was not projected when the affidavit was filed in the Application for condonation of delay in the year 2023.

2. Therefore, we do not see any reason to entertain this Review Petition, if different Advocates for the Government give different opinion, it is for the Government to decide whether to retain them or change them. In the light of the above, the Review Petition is dismissed. There shall be no 2/4

order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
