This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to dispose of the representation dated 14.07.2023 given against the proposed accused.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2023 was closed on 30.08.2023 after conducting enquiry. The petitioner again came to the police and filed a representation that he wanted to withdraw the complaint. The same was recorded.
3. In view of the fact that the representation dated 14.07.2023 has already been closed, no further orders can be passed in this case. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Magistrate and file complaint under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 29.09.2023 NCC :
