When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition becomes infructuous. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent also submitted that the term of the fourth respondent's office has already been expired and the fourth respondent is no longer continued to the said post. Recording the submission made by the parties, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
