The petitioners allege harassment at the hands of the respondent police at the instance of the private respondents. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that even though summons have been issued to the petitioners calling upon them to appear, they have not done so.

3.The petitioners' counsel gives an undertaking that the petitioners will appear before the second respondent on 26.11.2021 at 11.00 am. The petitioners will appear as and when directed by the second respondent thereafter. The petitioners will have to produce the documents that may be called upon to be produced by the second respondent. The second respondent has to conclude the enquiry as expeditiously as possible. If the second respondent proposes to register any FIR against the petitioners, the petitioners will be given notice of the same so that the petitioners will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4.The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
