ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application for issuance of patta before the 3rd respondent/Tahsildar, Thiruvidaimarudur Taluk, through on-line on 02.03.2023. Since the said application has not been considered by the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. When this writ petition is taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, based on the written instructions, submits that the petitioner's application dated 02.03.2023 was considered and it was rejected on the same day. The learned Government Advocate has also furnished a copy of the order to the petitioner as well as to the Court.
