2. One Thiru.Augustine who claimed to be the President of Kovilpatti Tamil Baptist Schools Association submitted a complaint before the postal authorities that the articles meant for the association are being wrongly delivered to Shri.Lal Bahadur Kennedy. The said complaint was disposed of by the Senior Superintendent of Post Office, Kovilpatti Division dated 01.10.2015 in the following terms:- " Since no valid legal document has been produced by you till date and the office stated to be functioning at 27, Ettayapuram Road, Kovilpatti is always found locked, the articles addressed to Tamil Baptist Schools Association could not be delivered."
3. The question that arises for consideration is whether this Court can find fault with the manner of disposal of Augustine's complaint. This writ petition was filed way back in the year 2015. I need to take note of some subsequent developments. Form VII was filed indicating that Lal Bahadur Kennedy was elected as the Secretary. Challenging the same, the petitioner herein filed W.P.(MD)No.19166 of 2015 and the 3/5
4 W.P.(MD)NO.19212 OF 2015 said writ petition was dismissed as infructuous on 07.02.2020. Therefore, the action taken by the postal authorities is in consonance with the entries found in Form VII of the petitioner society. Interference is not warranted. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
