ORDER

The petitioner worked as Junior Assistant in the Survey Department from 09.07.2003 and thereafter, she was transferred to the third respondent office on 04.06.2009. While so, a criminal case in Crime No.14 of 2021 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Karur, came to be registered as against the petitioner and she was arrested and detained in judicial custody for more than 25 days. As the result of which, the impugned order of suspension dated 27.06.2023 came to be posted. Challenging the same, this writ petition is filed. 2.Heard Mr.P.Krishnasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and Mr.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.At the time of arguments, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the proceedings of Block Development Officer, Puduchatram Block, dated 03.01.2024, by which the petitioner's suspension order dated 27.06.2023, has been revoked and thereafter, she was permitted to join as Deputy Block Development Officer (General) at Pallipalayam Block on 26.12.2023.

4.In view of same, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
